The writer of this article feels the “Horses and Bayonets” Remark Is a Disrespectful Oversimplification (heritage.org post). False. It was a response to Gov. Romney’s comments about our military that was used to illistrate his lack of understanding. It was appropriate. And if one is going to point out all quips exchanged between the two candidates we’ll be here all day. Obama and Romney have engaged in mutual combat that neo-cons just don’t seem to notice.
